New Poll of Doctors on Universal Healthcare

So one of the big reasons opponents of Universal Healthcare have used is that Doctors are not in favor of Universal Healthcare and if the people that provide the care are not in favor of it then it would be wrong to force them into it.  Well a new poll out yesterday shows that in fact that is not the case (at least now).  It seems that a majority of Doctors favor some form of Universtal Healthcare in the country with the ability to purchase additional benefits if you desire too.  They also say that no matter what happens we need to change the way things are currently done.  If you want I am providing the link here so you can read the results yourself.

Universal Healthcare

So I have absolutely no idea where to start on this issue.  What I do know is that there is no reason at all that here in America there are so many people without Health Insurance.  Even those with Health Insurance are hurting as they can’t get the medicine or the procedures that they need.  The United States is falling further and further behind the rest of the world in Health Care and we all just sit here and take it.  I know that there is nothing I personally can do and that is why I am writing here. I am hoping that others will read this and that we can forge a path to a better plan for our Government.  The US Government is supposed to be by the people and for the people.  I hope that a year from now I look back on this and think “Wow, what a jumble of words and thoughts”.  I really hope that a year from now a movement will have started and what better place than right here.  Please read this, think about this, research it, respond to it, pass it on, comment on it, give me ideas on it.  We have to take action NOW!!!
